Cafepress really shines when it comes to putting one design on a wide variety of items: t-shirts of many descriptions, mugs, posters, caps, and so on. They don’t do custom postage there but work in conjunction with stamps.com.
If your interest is purely in buying your own custom postage online, then stamps.com is a much simpler way to go.
But if you want to put a design on a variety of items and perhaps offer it to the public for sale, Cafepress is for you! It’s also nice if you want to buy stamps online that other people have created,
I’ve been using Cafepress in this way myself for several years and I love it. I might be my own best customer, as my husband and I are always wearing t-shirts and sweats made from our own photos, and when I get going with an order, it tends to include quite a few items!
